Picnic at Eckernförde Rathausmarkt (city hall square)
“Time for a Picnic,” a group of women from Eckernförde, invites you to a women’s picnic on Monday, March 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Eckernförde Rathausmarkt.
Feel free to bring your own tables, folding chairs, and your favorite breakfast. The event is part of International Women’s Day and the Intersectional Women’s Strike.
We are women from various initiatives such as the “Hüttener Berge Action Alliance,” the “Eckernförde Round Table Against the Right,” and “simply moved.” To mark International Women’s Day on March 8 and the Intersectional Women’s Strike on March 9, we invite you to a picnic at Eckernförde Town Hall Square. We were inspired by “womenmove2024” and their simultaneous event in Kiel, with their motto “PUBLIC DOING NOTHING!
