Iceland – A day without women – Movie night
We are calling for a strike: for equal pay, better working conditions, equal distribution of care work, education, and reproductive rights. Visibility, equality, and political participation are the focus. At 7:00 p.m., we will show the film “A Day Without Women”: Iceland 1975 – 90% of women went on strike and brought the country to a standstill. An inspiring, informative, and humorous documentary about collective power.
