Angry Performance
The Pilkentafel theater company in Flensburg is participating in the global women’s strike on March 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an angry performance.
Südermarkt in Flensburg is the square where the large weekly market and most political rallies take place. On a stage, around 20 women* (activists and professional performers, students and pensioners) will express their outrage, their weariness, their anger about patriarchy or climate change and the destruction of the world or anti-feminism or violence against women or violence in war or men who are burning up the world or lies or manipulation or racism…! They will shout, read, rant, play, stomp, and sing! Three hours nonstop!
Each* will speak for themselves, and all will come together. Will you join them? Come by, watch, and listen for as long or as short a time as you like.
